Ingredients

1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese

1 scoop Scoop vanilla protein powder

2-4 pkts Stevia (or 1/4-1 tsp sweetener of choice)

5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)

1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)

Pinch Nutmeg (or pumpkin pie spice)

Pinch Cinnamon

1/2 medium Ripe banana, (fresh or frozen)

1/2 tsp Butter extract or vanilla extract

Optional: 2 tbs old fashioned oats, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
