1 red chilli , deseeded and sliced

1.0 tbsp dijon mustard

1.0 tbsp rosemary , finely chopped

420.0ml double cream

1 celeriac (about 500g) peeled, quartered and thinly sliced

500.0g potatoes , peeled and very thinly sliced

350.0ml milk

6 rashers bacon , chopped (optional)
