fish sauce to season

1.0 tsp chopped rosemary

3 cooked artichoke hearts , cut into segments

400.0g tin coconut milk

SATAY SAUCE

350.0g Charlotte potatoes or another salad potato

1 shallot , finely chopped

1 long red chilli , finely chopped

3 cm piece root ginger , peeled and finely grated
