1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/3 cup cranberry sauce

2 eggs

2 cups buttermilk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons butter, melted (plus extra for greasing the pan)

cranberry relish is so easy, it's ridiculous

1 bag cranberries

1/2 cup sugar (or honey)

2 tbsp crystalized ginger, chopped

juice from one lemon

put all ingredients into cuisinart and blitz away. leave it chunky! yum.
