2 pints strawberries, washed and dried
8 oz 7o% dark chocolate
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs ground coriander
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked salt
Make sure berries are well dried and room temperature, skewer if you want to.
In a small sauté pan over medium heat, toast spices and salt until fragrant and almost smokey.
In a small, microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave at half power in short 15 second bursts. Allow to cool slightly.
Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on a Silpat lined baking sheet, then sprinkle lightly with spice mixture. Allow to set completely (about 2 hours) and serve!
