3 celery sticks, sliced

1 leek, green leaves only, sliced

500 g of butter

300 g of linguine

5 l of water

200 g of table salt

1 red onion, thinly sliced

2 spring onions, thinly sliced

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

50 g of rocket, washed

1 tbsp of crème fraîche

10 g of pine nuts

1 lemon

50 g of white crab meat, picked and cooked

olive oil

vegetable oil

1 red chilli, sliced at an angle

50 g of chopped flat-leaf parsley
