Ingredients for 4 servings

3 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil, divided (for Passover use olive oil)

1 medium yellow onion, diced small

4 cloves garlic, sliced

14.5 oz can tomatoes, diced and peeled

2 1/2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

2 1/2 tbsp golden raisins

1 ½ tbsp honey or agave nectar (for vegan use agave)

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Salt

1 1/2 tbsp fresh oregano, roughly chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

2 tsp pine nuts, toasted (garnish)
