2 tablespoons oil, for the frying pan

3-4 tablespoons oil, for the frying pan

2 1/2-3 cups all-purpose white flour

Blintze filling

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

1 egg

1 1/2 cups cold water (more if necessary)

1 tablespoon canola oil
