1 teaspoon olive oil

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 jalapeno chile pepper, minced

1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 can (28 ounces) no-salt-added diced tomatoes

1 can (15 ounces) no-salt-added tomato sauce

2 cups water

1/2 cup BULGUR

2 cans (14-19 ounces each) beans, such as cannellini and/or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
