1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 large Egg, whisked

1/4 cup Honey

2 cups Milk (any kind you like)

1 (15 ounce) can Asian Pears (or any unsweetened pears in natural juices), diced

Pear Juice from can (about 3/4 cup)

pinch of ground Cinnamon

Cooking Spray

Fresh Sliced Pears for garnish
