1 cup steel cut oats

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 large egg, whisked

1/4 cup honey

2 cups milk (any kind you like)

1 (15 ounce) can Asian pears (or any unsweetened pears in natural juices), diced

pear Juice from can (about 3/4 cup)

pinch of ground cinnamon

cooking spray

Fresh Sliced pears for garnish

Homemade Whipped cream
