28 oz can whole tomatoes with juice

10 oz diced tomates and green chilies (Rotel brand)

1 big clove of garlic, minced

1 jalapeno, chopped

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup cilantro (or more if you're a big fan)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground

Juice from half a lime



Combine everything in a food processor and pulse to your desired consistency.


Refrigerate for at least a couple hours for the flavors to meld and then enjoy!
